**NEW DELHI** – The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially released the date sheet for the Class 12 board examinations in 2025. Exams will commence on February 15th, 2025, and conclude on April 4th, 2025. The schedule is available on the CBSE’s official website, cbse.gov.in.

This year’s schedule marks a slight extension compared to the 2024 exams, which were held from February 15th to April 2nd. Along with the date sheet, CBSE has also released the marking scheme for both theory and practical examinations across 121 subjects. Each subject will maintain a total of 100 marks, distributed across theory, practical, project, and internal assessment components.

In a related development, the board had previously mandated the installation of CCTV cameras in all examination halls by September 27th, 2024. This measure aims to ensure exam integrity and transparency. The CBSE also released the Class 10 date sheet separately.
