**New Delhi/Patna, India** – The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the dates for the 10th and 12th board examinations. Class 10 exams will be held from February 15th to March 18th, while Class 12 exams will be conducted from February 15th to April 4th. All exams will commence at 10:30 AM and last for three hours, with an additional 15 minutes allotted for reading the question paper.

Meanwhile, Bihar is gearing up for a major police recruitment drive. The Bihar Police has announced that the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for 21,391 posts will begin on December 9th. Candidates are advised to download their admit cards.

In other news, the application window for the UGC NET December 2024 examination is open until December 10th. The exam itself will begin on January 1st.

Finally, Bihar teachers received a reprieve today as the state government has temporarily halted the teacher transfer-posting policy, according to the Education Minister.
