**NEW DELHI, November 21, 2024** – The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the exam schedule for the 2025 board examinations for classes 10 and 12. Exams for both classes will commence on February 15, 2025.
Class 12 exams will begin with Physical Education on February 15th and conclude on April 4th. Class 10 exams, starting with English, will end on March 18th. This year, the CBSE has deviated from previous years’ schedules, prioritizing major subjects earlier in the exam period. A detailed schedule, available on the official CBSE website (cbse.gov.in), outlines specific exam dates for individual subjects. The board has ensured that no student has two exams scheduled on the same day. All exams will begin at 10:30 AM.
This is the earliest release of the date sheet in recent years, 86 days before the commencement of the exams, attributed by officials to schools submitting their Location of Centres (LOC) information promptly.
