**Bengaluru, [Date]:** The Bigg Boss Kannada house witnessed a wave of targeted nominations against the Kannada contestants during today’s nomination process. Sonia, one of the earliest entrants, nominated Prerana and Nikhil. Shekhar Basha, entering the scene with his signature jovial demeanor, then took his turn, announcing his nominations for Prerana and Yashmi. He justified his choice citing their encouragement of physical violence during a game, specifically referencing an incident where contestant Seetha was injured. Basha also criticized both Prerana and Yashmi for what he perceived as excessive groupism, advising them to focus on individual performance for better audience reception. Prerana defended herself, stating that while she did participate in the game, she did not actively engage in groupism. Shekhar countered by highlighting the audience’s perception of their actions.

Yashmi’s nomination was based on Basha’s observations of her apparent groupism. He used the example of her reaction to Avinash saving Rohini over Nikhil, suggesting her emotional response indicated group bias. Yashmi countered that she had also argued with Nikhil, Pruthvi, and Prerana individually, but Basha maintained that the audience perceived her actions as stemming from group loyalty, noting a decline in her individual appeal.

Baby Akkak, the next to nominate, chose Pruthvi, arguing his lack of fitness in tasks made him unsuitable for the game. She then nominated Nikhil for prioritizing Sonia over the rest of his team, and also for his inaction in various conflicts involving her. Nikhil defended his actions.
