**Lucknow, [Date of Publication]** – The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has announced the dates for the upcoming UP Board examinations in 2025. High school (Class 10) and intermediate (Class 12) exams will be held from February 24th to March 12th, 2025, according to a timetable released by UPMSP Secretary Bhagwati Singh.

Initially, there were suggestions to conduct the exams after March 8th to avoid conflict with the Kumbh Mela. However, the final schedule confirms the exams will be held earlier. The high school exams will commence with Hindi on February 24th (8:30 AM to 11:45 AM), while the intermediate exams will begin with Military Science on the same day. Exams will continue on February 28th and from March 1st to March 8th, with further exams scheduled for March 10th, 11th, and 12th.

This year’s schedule differs slightly from the 2024 exams, which were held from February 22nd to March 9th in two shifts. The department has already taken steps to prevent cheating, with plans to use CCTV surveillance. Approximately 5.5 million students registered for the 2024 exams, which saw an 89.5% pass rate in Class 10 and 82.6% in Class 12. The 2024 results were announced on April 21st.
