**Chennai, India –** TVS Motor Company has announced significant upgrades to its best-selling Apache RTR 160 4V motorcycle. The updated model boasts a range of new features and a refreshed design, pushing the ex-showroom price up by just Rs 500 to Rs 1.40 lakh.

The most notable addition is the inclusion of golden-finished upside-down (USD) forks, improving handling and reducing unsprung mass. This is coupled with three selectable riding modes: Sport, Urban, and Rain, enhancing rider control in diverse conditions. The motorcycle retains its powerful 159.7cc, oil-cooled, fuel-injected, 4-valve engine, producing 17.55 Hp and 14.73 Nm of torque.

Technological advancements are also key to the upgrade. The new Apache RTR 160 4V incorporates TVS SmartXonnect™ technology, offering features like turn-by-turn navigation, call and SMS alerts, and Glide Through Technology. Adjustable brake and clutch levers further personalize the riding experience.

Aesthetically, the motorcycle receives a facelift with new graphics and paint schemes, including Granite Grey, Matte Black, and Pearl White. These are complemented by sporty graphics, the eye-catching golden USD forks, and red alloy wheels.
