**KYIV, Ukraine (November 18, 2024)** – A Russian missile attack on the Black Sea port city of Odesa on Monday killed at least 10 people and injured 44, including four children, according to Ukrainian officials. The attack damaged residential buildings, a university, and an administrative building, disrupting power and water supplies across the region.
Oleh Kiper, the Odesa regional governor, reported that three of the injured are in critical condition. Among the dead were seven police officers, a medic, and two civilians. National police confirmed that 14 officers were among the wounded.
