**Kulithalai, Tamil Nadu – November 19, 2024** – A six-year-old boy, identified as M. Rohit Sharma, died after being electrocuted near Nangavaram, Kulithalai, on Wednesday. Police reported that the boy was playing near a water pipe connected to a borewell when he touched the pipe and received a fatal electric shock. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The Kulithalai police retrieved the body and transported it to a hospital for a post-mortem examination. A case has been registered.
