SEATTLE, WA – Great Osobor led the Washington Huskies to a 74-69 victory over UMass Lowell in their first-ever matchup Sunday night. Osobor delivered a standout performance with a season-high 23 points, including 15 in the second half, and a career-high 18 rebounds.
The Huskies (3-1) also received strong contributions from Tyree Ihenacho, Zoom Diallo, and Tyler Harris, who each scored 12 points. Harris further impressed with seven rebounds and a career-high five blocks. Luis Kortright added 10 points for Washington.
UMass Lowell (2-2) was paced by Yuri Covington’s 19 points, while Quinton Mincey contributed a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds. Cam Morris III also scored 13 points for the River Hawks.
The game remained closely contested throughout, with UMass Lowell holding a brief two-point lead midway through the second half.
