Mon Nov 18 15:13:31 UTC 2024: ## UP Board Announces 2025 Exam Schedule: 17-Day Exams to Begin February 24th
**Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh –** The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has released the timetable for the 2025 UP Board 10th and 12th examinations. The exams will be conducted over 17 days, starting on February 24th and concluding on March 12th. This year’s schedule avoids any conflicts with the Kumbh Mela, despite earlier concerns.
The examination schedule is available for download on the official UP Board website. The first day of exams will feature Hindi for high school (10th) students and Military Science for intermediate (12th) students. Practical examinations will be held between December and January.
Over 53 lakh students – more than 27 lakh in high school and over 26 lakh in intermediate – are expected to appear for the exams, which will be held across 78,000 exam centers throughout the state.
To combat cheating, the board is implementing stringent measures. These include establishing control rooms at the divisional and state levels, increased CCTV surveillance, and the deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. The government has approved ₹25 crore for strengthening exam paper security using AI. The results are expected to be declared by April 20, 2025. The board aims for a smooth and fair examination process with the help of advanced technology.
