Mon Nov 18 06:25:24 UTC 2024: ## Two Men Killed in Motorcycle Crash Near Hyderabad
**HYDERABAD, November 18, 2024** – Two young men died early this morning in a motorcycle accident on the Hyderabad-Srisailam highway near the Kadthal toll plaza. Siddigari Mahesh, 24, and Thuppari Raju, 23, were traveling home to Kadthal from Kalwakurthy at approximately 1:30 a.m. when their motorcycle collided with a stationary lorry carrying granite.
Police reported that the lorry had broken down and was properly marked with warning signs. However, due to the darkness, Mahesh and Raju, both private employees, failed to see the vehicle and crashed into it. Both men sustained fatal head injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene. Neither was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.
The Kadthal police have registered a case and sent the bodies for post-mortem examination. The investigation is ongoing.
