However, he suggested a compelling alternative cast for a modern reimagining: Hrithik Roshan as Karan and Ranbir Kapoor as Arjun.
Roshan explained his original casting choices, highlighting Salman Khan’s physique and arresting eyes as perfectly suiting the role of Karan, while his prior experience with Shah Rukh Khan solidified his choice for Arjun.
