**NEW DELHI, INDIA – November 18, 2024** – K Jayaganesh’s journey to becoming an IAS officer is a testament to perseverance and unwavering determination. Hailing from a humble background where his father worked as a factory laborer and the family faced financial hardships, Jayaganesh dreamt of joining the Indian Administrative Service. Despite facing six consecutive failures in the UPSC Civil Services Examination, he refused to give up.
