Sun Nov 17 09:20:00 UTC 2024: ## Tulsa King’s Sylvester Stallone Confirms Season 3 is in the Works, Despite Official Renewal Pending

**Los Angeles, CA** – The Paramount+ series *Tulsa King*, starring Sylvester Stallone, is currently airing its second season to strong viewership, with the future of the show already looking bright. While Paramount+ has yet to officially renew *Tulsa King* for a third season, Stallone himself has confirmed that work on Season 3 is underway.

In an Instagram post celebrating Season 2’s success, which boasts a 100% Rotten Tomatoes score and ranks as one of the world’s most popular streaming shows, Stallone stated that he and the crew are actively working on the next installment.

The acclaimed crime drama follows New York mafia capo Dwight Manfredi (Stallone), released from prison after 25 years, as he builds a new criminal enterprise in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Season 2, which premiered on September 15th, picks up where the first season left off, showcasing Manfredi’s ongoing battles with rival gangs, law enforcement (led by Andrea Savage as ATF agent Stacy Beale), and his own personal demons. The supporting cast, including Garrett Hedlund and Martin Starr, is expected to return for Season 3.

The long gap between seasons – nearly two years – was partly attributed to the 2023 writers’ and actors’ strikes. While a release date for Season 3 remains unconfirmed, production is anticipated to begin in 2025, with a potential premiere sometime in 2026.

Season 2’s cliffhanger, featuring the arrival of Charles “Chickie” Invernizzi (a key antagonist) in Tulsa to confront Manfredi, sets the stage for a potentially explosive Season 3. The ongoing conflict and power struggles promise to deliver more thrilling twists and turns when (and if) the show returns. Fans can currently stream Season 1 on Paramount+, with Season 2 concluding on November 17th.
