**TIRUPATTUR, November 16, 2024** – A lorry carrying a consignment of flowers overturned on a hairpin bend on Yelagiri Main Road in the Yelagiri Hills on Saturday. The driver, 29-year-old C. Satish Kumar from Vallipattu village, escaped unharmed.

Kumar was transporting roses and marigolds cultivated in tribal villages down from the hills when he lost control of the vehicle on the second hairpin bend. The lorry overturned on the slope.

Yelagiri Hills police responded to the incident, recovered the overturned lorry, and registered a case. An investigation into the cause of the accident is underway.
