**Mumbai, India** – Shiv Kumar, the prime accused in the murder of Baba Siddiqui, has confessed to waiting for half an hour outside Lilavati Hospital after shooting the televangelist. According to police, Kumar admitted to changing Siddiqui’s clothes after the shooting before taking him to the hospital. He reportedly spent approximately 30 minutes there with others, before leaving upon learning of Siddiqui’s critical condition and imminent death.
Kumar’s planned escape route involved meeting his accomplices, Dharmaraj Kashyap and Gurmail Singh, at Ujjain railway station, and then fleeing to Vaishno Devi with a Lawrence Bishnoi gang member. However, the plan was disrupted when Dharmaraj and Gurmail were apprehended by police. The police statement confirms Kumar’s confession to these events.
