**SAN ANTONIO** – The UTSA Roadrunners women’s basketball team will face off against the New Mexico State Aggies on Thursday, December 1, at 6:00 p.m. CT in the Pan America Center. The game will be broadcast live on ESPN+ with Adam Young and Patrick Knapp on the call.

UTSA (1-1) enters the matchup after a split in their opening week. The Roadrunners fell to Texas A&M, 55-51, before bouncing back with a 74-69 win over UTRGV in their home opener.

Junior Sidney Love led the Roadrunners’ scoring with 15.5 points per game last week, alongside 6 assists, 5 rebounds, and 7 steals. Her performance against UTRGV marked the first time a UTSA player scored 20+ points and 10+ assists in a single game since 2009. Redshirt senior Jordyn Jenkins also impressed, averaging 18.5 points per game with 7.5 rebounds and 3 blocks.

The Aggies (2-0) are coming off wins against UC Irvine (57-49) and Utah Tech (85-63) to start their season. Molly Kaiser has been a dominant force for NMSU, averaging 25 points and 5.5 rebounds per game. She was also named Conference USA Player of the Week and selected for the All-CUSA Preseason Team. Fanta Gassama has contributed significantly with 18 points and 15 rebounds per game.
