**Patna, India:** The East Central Railway (ECR) has announced the operation of four pairs of special passenger trains on November 15th to accommodate the large crowds expected for the Kartik Poornima Mela in Sonepur and its surrounding areas. Additionally, several regular trains will have an extra minute stop at Sonepur, Hajipur, and other important stations on November 14th and 15th to facilitate passenger travel to the mela site.

These special arrangements are expected to ease travel for pilgrims visiting the Sonepur Mela, a significant religious gathering attracting large crowds every year.
