**Los Angeles, CA -** Live Nation Entertainment announced record-breaking results for its summer concert season, exceeding previous years in both profitability and ticket sales. The company reported a 39% increase in profitability, reaching $474 million for the third quarter, while revenue topped $7.7 billion.

“We wrapped up our most active summer concert season ever,” said Michael Rapino, Live Nation’s President and CEO. “Our show pipeline has never been bigger, and brand sponsorships are accelerating.”

Despite a slight 6% dip in revenue, adjusted operating income climbed 4% to $910 million, demonstrating strong financial performance. The company anticipates further growth, aiming for double-digit AOI growth throughout the year.

Live Nation has already sold over 144 million tickets for 2024 concerts, a 3% increase compared to last year. Fans are also spending more at venues, with double-digit increases in on-site spending per fan at major festivals and a 9% increase at amphitheaters.

Looking ahead to 2025, the company boasts a larger lineup of stadium, arena, and amphitheater shows, with over 20 million tickets already sold – a double-digit increase compared to previous years. Stadium on-sales for 2025 are particularly strong, with upcoming tours by Coldplay, Rüfüs Du Sol, and Shakira driving double-digit average growth in show grosses.

Live Nation’s Venue Nation, which hosts approximately 60 million fans this year, continues to expand with three major venue enhancements:

* **Estadio GNP in Mexico City** reopened with a 20% increase in average net per fan spending compared to pre-renovation levels.
* **Northwell at Jones Beach Amphitheater** reopened after successful renovations, resulting in a 50% increase in season seat and box suite sales, double-digit growth in food and beverage net per fan spending, and a 50% increase in VIP club sales.
* **Brooklyn Paramount**, opened earlier this year, boasts a VIP Club generating 30% more revenue per show compared to other top-performing theaters in the U.S.

Live Nation’s positive results solidify its position as a dominant force in the concert industry, showcasing continued growth and a strong future outlook.
