**Patna, Bihar** – The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) announced the results of the Bihar Teacher Recruitment Examination (TRE) 3.0 today, Friday, but the official website, bpsc.bih.nic.in, has crashed due to high traffic, leaving many aspiring teachers unable to access their results.
The examination, originally scheduled for March, was postponed after a paper leak and subsequently re-administered from July 19th to 22nd, 2024. The commission confirmed the re-test was conducted without incident.
According to the press release, out of 116,193 candidates who sat for the Class 1-5 primary school teacher exam (for 25,505 vacancies), 21,911 passed. For the Class 6-8 middle school teacher exam (with 18,973 vacancies), 16,989 out of 159,723 candidates passed. Additionally, 210 primary school and 126 middle school teaching positions are available under the SC/ST welfare department.
While some social media reports claim results are available, the BPSC has yet to officially confirm their release. Candidates are advised to remain patient and regularly check the official website for updates. Instructions on how to access results once the website is operational include visiting bpsc.bih.nic.in and clicking on the BPSC TRE 3.0 Result link when it becomes available.
