**Patna, India – October 26, 2023** – The Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC) has released the results for the Bihar Police Constable recruitment examination, held in August 2023. Candidates can access their results on the official website, csbc.bihar.gov.in.

The exam, which took place across 38 districts in Bihar, was originally scheduled for October 1, 7, and 15, 2023, but was postponed after the first day due to concerns over the exam’s integrity. The recruitment drive aims to fill 21,391 Constable positions.

A total of 1,195,101 candidates took the examination, and the results of 511 candidates have been withheld pending further investigation. Those who have cleared the written exam will now proceed to the physical test phase.

The results for the Uttar Pradesh Police Constable exam, which was also scheduled for October, are still pending despite an announcement by the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister that they would be released by the end of October.
