**New Delhi:** The annual Tulsi Vivah, a Hindu ceremony symbolizing the marriage of the sacred Tulsi plant to Lord Vishnu, will be celebrated on **November 13, 2024**. This auspicious event is believed to bring prosperity and happiness to families.

According to the Hindu calendar, the ceremony falls on the Dwadashi Tithi (twelfth lunar day) of the Shukla Paksha (bright fortnight) in the month of Kartik. The Dwadashi Tithi begins on November 12th at 4:04 PM and ends on November 13th at 1:01 PM.

**Rituals:**

The Tulsi Vivah ritual involves adorning the Tulsi plant with sixteen ornaments and marrying it to a Saligrama (a black stone considered a representation of Lord Vishnu). The ceremony is performed in the evening, following a morning prayer to Lord Vishnu.
