**Manchester, UK** – Anaya Bangar, son of former India cricketer and coach Sanjay Bangar, has publicly revealed his gender transition journey. The 23-year-old, previously known as Aryan, shared a video on Instagram documenting his 10-month transformation, including hormone replacement surgery. Anaya has since changed his name and is now living in Manchester.

Anaya’s video garnered significant attention online, where he shared glimpses of his journey with former India captain MS Dhoni and star batter Virat Kohli. In the caption, he expressed his dedication to cricket, facing challenges and doubts, but highlighted a more personal journey of self-discovery and embracing his true identity.
