Ganesh, known for his versatility and impactful performances, received widespread acclaim for his contributions to Tamil cinema. He was honored with the Tamil Nadu State Film Award Special Prize for his performance in ‘Pasi’ (1979) and received the prestigious Kalaimamani award in 1994. In his later years, he also ventured into television and short films, leaving a lasting impression with his unique acting style.
