**Kishtwar, Jammu and Kashmir:** An intense encounter is underway in Kishtwar district after security forces cornered four terrorists believed to be responsible for the killing of two village guards. The terrorists, who kidnapped the guards from Adhwari and shot them dead on Thursday, have been trapped by security forces in the Keshwan area.
During the exchange of fire, an army officer and another soldier sustained injuries. This is the third encounter reported in Jammu and Kashmir within the past 24 hours.
Earlier today, security forces launched an anti-terror operation in the Zabarwan forest in Srinagar, leading to an exchange of fire with terrorists.
Furthermore, a terrorist was killed in an encounter in Baramullah district yesterday after security forces launched a joint operation in Rajpura following suspicious activity.
