Mon Nov 11 09:11:25 UTC 2024: ## Modi Slams Opposition in Jharkhand, Calls for Change in Upcoming Polls

**Ranchi, November 11, 2024:** Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a scathing attack on the Congress, JMM, and RJD during a campaign rally in Jharkhand, accusing them of making empty promises and neglecting the state’s welfare. Speaking at a “mera booth sabse mazboot” program for BJP workers, Modi claimed that the people of Jharkhand are ready for a change, tired of the ruling coalition’s broken promises.

The Prime Minister alleged that the JMM, Congress, and RJD have failed to deliver on their pledges, neglecting the basic needs of the people. He specifically criticized Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge for his recent remarks about the party’s false promises, highlighting the disconnect between their words and actions.

Modi asserted that the BJP is committed to development, despite the lack of cooperation from the Jharkhand government. He emphasized the Center’s dedication to the state’s progress under the “sabka saath, sabka vikas” mantra. He further accused the JMM of adopting the Congress’s “dynastic” practices and prioritizing power and wealth over the needs of the people.

Focusing on the BJP’s achievements, Modi highlighted the “Ujjwala” scheme, which delivered LPG cylinders to the homes of the poor, contrasting it with the Congress’s alleged focus on the wealthy.

With the Jharkhand Assembly elections scheduled for November 13 and 20, Modi’s fiery speech is seen as a key move to mobilize BJP supporters and galvanize voters in the state.
