The Indian Navy has announced a revised schedule for the Indian Navy Civilian Entrance Test (INCET) 01/2024. The exam, originally scheduled for September, has been postponed to the last week of November 2024 due to technical and administrative issues.
A fresh admit card will be issued soon for the Computer-Based Test (CBT), which will consist of 100 questions across four sections: General Intelligence, General Awareness, English Language, and Quantitative Aptitude. Each section will be worth 25 marks.
The recruitment drive aims to fill various civilian positions within the Indian Navy, including:

* Tradesman Mate (161 vacancies)
* Fire Engine Driver (58 vacancies)
* Pest Control Worker (18 vacancies)
* Chargeman (Mechanic) (18 vacancies)
* Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) (16 vacancies)
* Chargeman (Factory) (10 vacancies)
* Cook (9 vacancies)
* Scientific Assistant (4 vacancies)
* Chargeman (Ammunition Workshop) (1 vacancy)
Candidates can access their admit cards on the official Indian Navy recruitment website (incet.cbt-exam.in). After the CBT, a Physical Standard Test (PST) and Skill Test will be held for specific roles. The final stage of the recruitment process will involve document verification and a medical check-up.
