Delhi Ganesh, known for his versatile roles in Tamil cinema, started his career as a stage actor with the ‘Delhi’ drama troupe. He later served in the Indian Air Force before joining the film industry in 1976.

He rose to prominence with his portrayal of villain and character roles, including notable performances in films like “Apoorva Sagodharargal” (as Francis), “Sindhu Bairavi”, “Nayagan”, “Michael Madana Kama Rajan”, “Aha”, “Thenali”, “Sangamam”, “Avvai Shanmughi”, and “Indian 2”. He acted in over 400 films, showcasing his acting prowess in comedy, character, and villainous roles.
