**Atlanta, GA** – Mike Davis, a staunch Trump ally and rumored White House Counsel candidate, has issued a strong warning to New York Attorney General Letitia James, threatening legal action if she continues her investigations into former President Trump.
During an appearance on the “Benny Show” podcast, Davis declared, “I dare you to continue your lawfare against President Trump in his second term… we’re not messing around this time. And we will put your fat a– in prison for conspiracy against rights.” He further accused James of violating Trump’s constitutional rights and vowed that “it’s not going to happen again.”
Davis’ comments come in response to James’ ongoing civil fraud case against Trump, which resulted in a $454 million bond payment earlier this year. The case alleges that Trump inflated the value of his assets to secure better loans. Trump has appealed the ruling, calling it “draconian, unlawful, and unconstitutional.”
In addition to James, Davis also targeted Fulton County Attorney General Fani Willis, who is prosecuting Trump for alleged attempts to overturn the 2020 election. Davis claimed that Willis “will get disqualified from this case” and that no prosecutor in their right mind would continue the case, as it is “not a crime to object to a presidential election.”
Both James and Willis have vowed to continue their investigations despite Trump’s return to the White House.
