**Riot Games has released Patch 14.22 for League of Legends, introducing a new champion, Ambessa, and an “Arcane” themed update to the Random Mid game mode.**

**Ambessa Medarda**, the Noxus general and mother of Mel from the popular “Arcane” series, is now playable. Known for her ruthless tactics and fearsome skills, Ambessa is a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield. Her abilities include a dash after skill activation, enhanced attacks with charged strikes, and a devastating Thundering Slam.

**The Random Mid game mode has received a major “Arcane” makeover.** Players can now compete on the new “Bridge of Progress” map, featuring Piltorva and Zoun-themed buffs triggered upon inhibitor destruction. A new Nemesis quest centered around “Arcane” champions is also available.

**The “Arcane” themed update to Random Mid will be available until January 8, 2025.**
