**Nelamangala, November 8, 2024:** A man was arrested by Nelamangala police on Thursday night for allegedly assaulting a woman police sub-inspector. The accused, identified as Madhusudhan, had gone to the police station with his mother following a dispute. His mother had filed a complaint against him at the station.
An altercation ensued between the duo at the station, leading to the woman officer slapping Madhusudhan. In retaliation, he allegedly hit the officer.
Following the incident, the police registered a case against Madhusudhan and arrested him. The investigation is ongoing.
