**Sharjah, UAE** – Afghanistan secured a resounding 92-run victory over Bangladesh in the second ODI of the three-match series on Saturday, continuing their dominance from the first game.

Young spinner Allah Ghazanfar once again proved to be the star for Afghanistan, taking another six wickets to dismantle the Bangladesh batting lineup. He became the first Afghan bowler to take six wickets in consecutive ODIs, highlighting his incredible form.

Bangladesh, chasing a modest target of 236, was bowled out for a paltry 143, losing their last eight wickets for just 23 runs. This follows their poor performance in the first ODI, where they were bowled out for 143 as well.

The first ODI also saw a stellar performance from Mohammad Nabi, who scored a crucial 84 runs off 79 balls. The Afghan bowlers were disciplined throughout the match, limiting Bangladesh’s scoring opportunities.

Bangladesh, however, faces further woes with veteran batsman Mushfiqur Rahim ruled out of the series due to a finger injury sustained in the first ODI. This adds to the team’s woes as Litton Das is also out with a fever.

With the series now tied at 1-1, the third ODI, a crucial decider, promises to be an exciting encounter.
