**Mumbai, Nov 8:** Actor Nitin Chauhan, known for his roles in MTV Splitsvilla and Crime Patrol, was found dead in his apartment in Mumbai’s Yashodham area on Wednesday. The 35-year-old actor, who had been struggling with depression due to lack of work, was found hanging from a ceiling fan. Chauhan’s wife had taken their daughter to a park when she discovered the flat locked from inside. Upon entering, she found her husband deceased. A case of accidental death has been registered.
**Pune, Nov 8:** Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar clarified that he did not request Prime Minister Narendra Modi to hold a campaign rally in his Baramati constituency. He explained that the election battle in Baramati is a family affair, with him contesting against his nephew Yugendra Pawar, the NCP candidate. Prime Minister Modi will be holding rallies for the upcoming Maharashtra Assembly elections starting Friday.
