**Dharwad, India -** The Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Dharwad is set to host its inaugural conclave on Sunday, November 10th, aiming to bridge the gap between academia and industry. The event, titled “Breaking Barriers and Setting New Standards: Explore, Experience, Excel,” will see a gathering of leading technocrats, HR heads, start-ups, and industry experts from across India.

Director of IIIT Dharwad, Mahadev Prasanna, highlighted the conclave’s purpose as a platform for fostering insightful discussions on talent acquisition, workforce development, and emerging HR trends.
