Tripura, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, and Hyderabad all opted to bat first, while Saurashtra, Railways, Gujarat, Karnataka, and Vidarbha chose to field. Chandigarh, Punjab, and Kerala all found themselves trailing significantly at the end of day one.
Chandigarh is currently trailing by 213 runs, Punjab by 24, and Kerala by 80 runs.
