**Agra, November 4:** A Gurugram couple is offering a reward of Rs 30,000 for the safe return of their missing greyhound, which vanished during their stay in Agra. Dipayan Ghosh and his wife, Kastori, claim their pet went missing on Tuesday evening from the Taj Mahal metro station.
The couple arrived in Agra with their two dogs on November 1 and stayed at a pet-friendly hotel. They entrusted their pets to the hotel’s pet-sitting service while visiting Fatehpur Sikri on November 3. However, around 9:30 am, hotel staff informed them that the female greyhound had escaped and run towards the city.
The couple immediately began searching, showing the dog’s photo to locals. A rickshaw driver reported seeing the dog at the Taj Mahal metro station on Tuesday. The couple, who have had the dog for 10 years, are distraught by the loss and are pleading with Agra residents for help.
“We take both our dogs wherever we go. But going to Fatehpur Sikri was my worst decision,” said a heartbroken Ghosh. He urged anyone who sees the greyhound to contact them at 7838899124 or the Taj Suraksha police station. “The person who brings back our dog will be rewarded with Rs 30,000,” he said.
