Wed Nov 06 04:53:07 UTC 2024: ## USA Lacrosse Brings Expert Coaching Education to Denver and Dallas

**SPARKS, MD – November 5, 2024** – USA Lacrosse is hosting Regional Academies for coaches and officials in Denver and Dallas on December 7-8, 2024, with registration still open for both events. The Denver Academy will be held at the Sonesta Hotel, while the Dallas Academy, focused on coaches only, will take place at the Westin Dallas Stonebriar Resort.

These academies aim to empower coaches and program leaders by providing top-tier lacrosse knowledge directly to each community. “Our upcoming academies in Dallas and Denver are designed to help develop well-trained, passionate coaches who understand how to teach and inspire,” said Caitlin Kelley, senior director of sports administration at USA Lacrosse.

The impressive line-up of presenters includes notable figures from the collegiate and professional lacrosse world, including Head Coaches Liza Kelly (University of Denver) and Bill Tierney (Philadelphia Waterdogs), as well as prominent players like Eric Law (Denver Outlaws).

The academies offer an intimate learning experience for coaches of all levels, providing practical insights and x’s and o’s instruction to prepare them for the upcoming 2025 season. In addition to coaching sessions, the academies will include a social networking event on Saturday evening and lunch for all attendees.

The Denver Academy is supported by partners Warrior and Brine.

USA Lacrosse has also announced a third Regional Academy in Fairfield, Conn., scheduled for January 18-19, 2025. More information and registration for that event will be available soon.
