**Hyderabad, November 6, 2024:** The National Industrial Security Academy (NISA) in Hakimpet witnessed the graduation ceremony of 29 new Assistant Commandants and 17 Sub-Inspectors (Ex-Servicemen), marking the culmination of their rigorous training. The event saw the presence of senior CISF officers and families of the trainees.
The academy, a premier training facility for industrial safety and security, equipped the trainees with specialized skills to address national-level disaster management challenges. The 29 probationary officers, including two women, completed six months of intense training in various disciplines, including industrial security management, soft skills, aviation security, disaster management, VIP security, leadership, urban tactics, jungle warfare, and weapon training.
Ram Murti Kaundal, a B. Tech graduate from Himachal Pradesh, was recognized as the all-rounder of the Assistant Commandant batch, winning awards for best indoor, outdoor, and overall performance. SI Yogesh Sharma received the all-round best trophy among the Sub-Inspector batch.
The director of NISA, K. Sunil Emmanuel, highlighted the significance of the event and praised the trainees’ achievements. He stressed the importance of the training program in preparing the officers to take on critical roles in safeguarding India’s industries. The graduating officers will now proceed to their field postings across the country.
