**Hassan, November 4, 2024:** The annual Hasanamba Temple festival in Hassan, Karnataka, concluded on Sunday, November 3rd, with a record-breaking revenue of ₹12.63 crores. The impressive figure includes hundi collections, special entry tickets, and offerings of gold and silver.

On Monday, officials from the Revenue Department meticulously counted the cash offered by devotees during their visit to the temple. The total hundi collection reached ₹2.55 crore, while the Siddeshwara Swamy temple, situated within the same complex, received ₹13.47 lakhs.

In addition to cash, devotees generously donated 51 grams of gold and 913 grams of silver.

The annual festival, which began on October 24th, saw a massive turnout of 20.4 lakh devotees from across the state and beyond. The Hassan district administration introduced special entry tickets priced at ₹300 and ₹1,000, further contributing to the record revenue.

The counting of the hundi collection involved nearly 500 personnel, including bank officials, Revenue Department officials, and Scouts and Guides volunteers. The process lasted for seven hours and was overseen by Assistant Commissioner J.B. Maruthi, the temple administrator.

This year’s revenue surpasses previous years, highlighting the immense devotion and generosity of devotees towards the Hasanamba Temple.
