**Kusauli, [Date]:** A 38-year-old man, identified as Kalicharan Kushwaha, was found dead by suicide at his home in Kusauli village, under the jurisdiction of Dursada Police Station, on Saturday morning.
According to the police, the incident came to light when Kalicharan’s family members woke up on Saturday morning and found him hanging from a ceiling fan with a saree. It is believed that he took his own life sometime during the night.
The deceased, who had two children, had reportedly gone out to find labourers to harvest his peanut crop the previous evening. Upon returning, he went to sleep and was found hanging in the morning.
The police have taken possession of the body and sent it for a post-mortem examination. They have also initiated an investigation into the matter to ascertain the cause of the suicide.
