**New Delhi, October 30, 2024:** The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially announced the results for the CA Foundation and Intermediate exams held in September 2024. The results were declared on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, and are accessible on the official website icai.nic.in.

**Foundation Exam Highlights:**

* A total of 37,774 candidates appeared for the Foundation exam, with an overall pass rate of 20.47%.
* Female candidates achieved a remarkable pass rate of 37.89%.

**Intermediate Exam Performance:**

* Group I of the Intermediate exam saw 69,227 candidates, with a pass rate of 15.17%.
* Group II witnessed 50,760 candidates, achieving a pass rate of 15.99%.

Candidates can check their results by visiting the official website and entering their registration number and roll number.

**Next Steps for Candidates:**

* Successful candidates in the Foundation exam are eligible to enroll in the Intermediate course.
