Tue Oct 29 05:43:07 UTC 2024: ## Indian Billionaire Complains of “Arrogant” Lamborghini Service After New Car Breaks Down
**Mumbai, India** – Gautam Singhania, chairman and managing director of the Raymond Group, has publicly accused Italian luxury car maker Lamborghini of “arrogance” after his brand new Lamborghini Revuelto broke down on the Mumbai Trans-Harbor Link, leaving him stranded.
Singhania, a prominent Indian businessman, shared his frustration on X (formerly Twitter) detailing the breakdown of the car, which he claimed was due to a complete electrical failure. He also expressed disappointment that Sharad Agarwal, the India Head of Lamborghini, hadn’t contacted him to enquire about the issue.
“It is shocking that the India Head of Lamborghini @agarwal_sharad has not even bothered to make a phone call to enquire what the problem with an old loyal customer is,” Singhania wrote in his post. “Is the brand arrogance getting to another level?”
He further added, “I took the new Lamborghini Revuelto for a test drive and it got stuck on the Trans-Harbor Link due to complete electrical failure. It is a brand new car – is there a reliability concern? This is the third car I have heard of facing issues within 15 days of delivery.”
Singhania’s complaints have sparked discussions online, with some users sympathizing with his situation and others questioning if this is a “first world problem.”
The incident highlights growing concerns about the reliability of luxury vehicles and raises questions about customer service in the high-end car market. This is not the first time a prominent individual has publicly criticized Lamborghini, with similar complaints surfacing from other owners in the past.
Lamborghini is yet to issue a public statement regarding Singhania’s allegations.
