Gautam Singhania, Chairman and Managing Director of Raymond Ltd, has publicly criticized Lamborghini India for their lack of customer service after experiencing a complete electrical failure in his brand new Lamborghini Revuelto during a test drive.

Singhania took to social media to express his disappointment, alleging that neither the India Head, Sharad Agarwal, nor the Asia Head, Francesco Scardaoni, had reached out to address his concerns.

Singhania highlighted that the car, which was stranded on Mumbai’s trans-harbour link due to the failure, is the third Lamborghini he’s heard of experiencing issues within 15 days of delivery, raising questions about the reliability of the vehicles.

The industrialist further criticized the lack of response from Agarwal, stating that despite being an “old loyal customer”, he was not contacted to inquire about the problem.

Social media users have voiced their support for Singhania, with many expressing their understanding of the frustration felt by customers when complaints are ignored. Others highlighted the irony of a business owner experiencing poor customer service, and some even stated they avoid Lamborghini due to similar concerns.
