Mon Oct 28 02:50:00 UTC 2024: ## Warriors Overpower Jazz in Blowout Win

**SALT LAKE CITY** – The Golden State Warriors dominated the Utah Jazz Friday night, securing a 127-86 victory in a game that was never truly in doubt. Buddy Hield led the charge for the Warriors, scoring 27 points, including 24 in the first half, hitting 6 of 7 three-pointers. Steph Curry added 20 points for Golden State.

The Warriors’ early dominance was evident, as they outscored the Jazz 68-32 from the first quarter through the early part of the third. Hield’s hot shooting and the Warriors’ trapping defense forced numerous turnovers and created easy scoring opportunities.

Utah struggled offensively, shooting just 31.5% from the field. They were unable to handle the Warriors’ pressure, leading to multiple missed shots and turnovers. John Collins led the Jazz with 14 points, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the deficit.

This win marks the Warriors’ second straight blowout victory, following their 140-104 win over Portland in their season opener. The Warriors host the Los Angeles Clippers on Saturday, while the Jazz travel to Dallas on Monday night.
