– Karan Johar will retain the other 50% stake in Dharma and will continue to serve as Executive Chairman.
– Apoorva Mehta will remain the Chief Executive Officer of the company.
– JSA law firm advised Serene Productions during the acquisition, led by partners Iqbal Khan and Devika Menon.
– AZB & Partners represented Dharma Productions and its promoters, Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta, in the transaction, with a team including Nandish Vyas and Devika Nayak.
– The deal involved additional support for due diligence and competition law from associates and partners at AZB & Partners.
