**New Delhi, October 17, 2024** – The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the results for the re-examination of the UGC NET June 2024 exam. The results are now available on the NTA website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
A total of 1,70,734 candidates have qualified the examination, out of the 684,224 candidates who appeared. The results include qualifying candidates for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), Assistant Professor only, and PhD only.
The re-examination was held on August 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, 29, 30, and September 2, 3, 4, and 5 in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. This followed the cancellation of the initial June exam due to concerns regarding the test’s integrity.
Candidates can access their results by logging into the NTA website using their application number and date of birth. The NTA has also released the final answer keys for all subjects, including Manipuri, Music, Performing Arts, and Sindhi.
The UGC NET, conducted by NTA on behalf of the University Grants Commission (UGC), determines the eligibility of Indian nationals for various academic positions, including Junior Research Fellowship, Assistant Professor, and PhD admissions.
