This strategic hiring comes on the heels of Shashank Ranjan’s recent promotion to co-founder. Ranjan, a former sourcing head at Evenflow, brings valuable experience from Udaan and Decathlon to his new role.
Evenflow, founded in 2021 by Utsav Agarwal, has experienced rapid growth, transforming from a loss-making startup to a profitable entity. The company now focuses on building a robust team and scaling the business, with a projected 10-fold increase in revenue and a six-fold boost in profits by 2027.
Evenflow boasts a portfolio of seven acquired brands across home and kitchen, sports and fitness, and baby care categories, and has expanded its reach to both India and the US. The company has achieved a remarkable 350% growth by selling its products on online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, CRED, Zepto, and Instamart.
