Pop star Justin Timberlake and actress Jessica Biel are putting on a united front after Timberlake’s arrest for driving while intoxicated in June. A source close to the couple tells PEOPLE that they are both working hard, both professionally and on their marriage, to move past the incident.

Timberlake, currently on his “Forget Tomorrow World Tour,” pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of driving while ability impaired in September. He was fined $500 and ordered to complete 25 hours of community service.

While the source states that Biel, known for her private nature, was unhappy about the arrest, the couple is relieved to have it behind them. “They are both committed to staying married,” the insider shared. “Jess thinks he’s a wonderful dad. They’re a great team.”

The couple continues to prioritize family time amidst their busy schedules. Biel has been filming back-to-back projects, including the Amazon series “The Better Sister,” while Timberlake is busy with his tour. They are also raising their two sons, Silas (9) and Phineas (4).

The couple recently celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary on October 19th. During his Montreal concert on October 4th, Timberlake gave Biel a special shout-out, expressing his love and gratitude for her support.
