**New Delhi:** Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) is set to announce its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2024, on Monday, October 14th. The company’s board of directors will meet to approve the results, followed by a presentation to analysts and media on the same day.

The announcement comes amidst anticipation regarding the record date for RIL’s 1:1 bonus share issue, which was approved at the company’s recent annual general meeting. Media speculation suggests that the record date may be disclosed during Monday’s board meeting.

This bonus issue, RIL’s sixth since its IPO, is touted as the largest ever in the Indian equity market. The company has described it as an “early Diwali gift” to shareholders, highlighting their commitment to rewarding investors during their “Golden Decade” from 2017 to 2027.
