**New Delhi, October 16, 2024:** Waaree Energies, a leading solar energy solutions provider, is set to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on October 21st, aiming to raise Rs 3,600 crore. The company received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in September alongside MobiKwik.

This news comes on the heels of a busy IPO season, with several companies successfully raising capital. Premier Energies, for example, raised Rs 846 crore in their IPO in August, and Garuda Construction secured Rs 75 crore from anchor investors in October. Other companies to go public recently include Kross, Tolins Tyres, Hyundai Motor India, and Baazar Style Retail.

Waaree Energies’ IPO is expected to be well-received by investors given its strong position in the rapidly growing renewable energy sector.
